Returns Policy

We want you to love Glamorize products as much as we do.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with the good(s) you receive; simply return them to us in their original, unworn condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. 

Please note – you have 14 days from receipt of purchase to return to Glamorize.

How to make a return:

  1. Package the unworn good(s). Within the package, please include your name, order number and reason for return.  Please also include your phone number just in case we need to get in touch with you. 
  2. Send to Glamorize Boutique, Tone Street, Ballina, Co Mayo, F28 WC82.  The good(s) are your responsibility until we receive them so we advise you to send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that is insured up to the value of the good(s). 
  3. We will process your return within 2 days of receiving your parcel but please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

Please note:

  • Sale items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
  • In the interests of hygiene, goods will not be refunded unless they are returned in their original condition with tags attached.  Goods must not be soiled damaged or smell of smoke, or perfume, please ensure that no makeup marks are on garments when they are returned.  If the returned good(s) are not in the appropriate condition, we can not offer a refund or exchange and if you wish for the good(s) to be sent back to you, you will have to pay the delivery fee.
  • Any faulty or damaged Items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt.
